Prep time: 1 hour 40 minutes
- 2 ready no-bake pie crust
- 2 8oz light cream cheese
- 1 cup Splenda
- 1 scoop Vanilla Thrilla
- 1 12oz sugar free Cool Whip, frozen
- Blend cream cheese until smooth. Add Splenda, Vanilla Thrilla and Cool Whip. Blend for another 2 min.
- Add cream cheese mixture to no-bake pie crust and spread evenly.
- Add your favorite topping (e.g. fresh fruit, roasted nuts, cocoa nibs, cinnamon), cover and refrigerate overnight.
