INGREDIENTS

2 scoops Vanilla Thrilla Super Blend

1 cup nut butter of choice

¾ cup coconut sugar

2 large eggs

¾ cup sugar free chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, coconut sugar, Vanilla Thrilla, and eggs. Fold in chocolate chips and stir until well combined.

  3. Form dough into balls and place onto prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes or until they begin to brown.

  5. Allow cookies to cool on a baking rack before serving.
